Job summary

Regal Cinemas in Williamsville, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations and supervise staff. You will assist the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma and supervisory experience or theatre experience with certification, plus the ability to manage schedules and processes across the venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or equivalent leadership potential.
• Ability to complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the theatre team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and manage theatre systems.
• Handle cash, deposits, and reconciliations with accuracy.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and discipline staff with oversight from GM/HR.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ROM, dress code, and company policies.
