Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking an IT Cinema Tier 2 Support Technician I to support the theatre systems powering the moviegoing experience and to help lead IT aspects of openings, upgrades, and remodels.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, coordinate projects with internal teams and vendors, monitor performance, and ensure theatres stay up and running while delivering top‑notch guest experiences. The role offers a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, hardware, and software in a technical environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and make decisions—even under pressure.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot cinema hardware and software issues and respond to incidents.
• Lead IT scope of projects including theatre openings, remodels, and closures, ensuring milestones.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on equipment installs, cabling, and configurations.
• Monitor system performance, document updates, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate across IT to improve processes and support operations.
