Job summary

AMC Theatres is seeking an energetic Crew member to help deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll rotate through roles from greeting guests and selling snacks to checking tickets and keeping the theatre clean, all while working with a friendly, fast-paced team.

You’ll use the POS system for transactions, practice upselling techniques, and support opening/closing duties. A love for movies and great customer service are essential, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior experience required—we’ll train you.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with inquiries.
• Operate the POS to process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Upsell and merchandise to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
• Maintain clean and welcoming theatres, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium.
