Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking a General Manager to lead the theatre team, ensuring premier guest experiences, cleanliness, and seamless operations across projection, sound, concessions and staff development. You will coach staff, manage budgets, scheduling, safety, and maintain Regal standards in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The GM is a full-time salaried role serving as the face of Regal in the theatre, responsible for revenue, expenses, inventory control, and staff morale while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
• REU attendance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Upholding and administering Regal policies as outlined in ROM and directives.
• Ensure cash management policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage.
