Village Cinema in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, on-site role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

The GM will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance while maintaining a safe, welcoming theatre environment. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and mentor employees to maximize the theatre’s profitability.
• Provide hands-on, lead-by-example leadership to staff/employees.
• Analyze business trends to develop and implement plans to increase sales and meet/exceed goals.
• Minimize shrink, expenses and payroll.
• Manage risks such as employees’ and guests’ safety, loss prevention and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and company policies.
