Cinemark is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, provide menu knowledge, and deliver fast, friendly counter service. This role may cross-train as Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher based on theater needs.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, upselling, accurate order recording, cash handling, and ensuring legal alcohol service. Join a team focused on safe, enjoyable movie experiences for all guests.

Competenze

• Minimum age per state law for serving alcohol; training may be required.
• Completes basic food handling training or local health certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance; energetic and friendly attitude.
• Excellent guest service and communication in English; ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly and provide timely service.
• Know bar and menu items to upsell and suggest options.
• Record orders accurately on the POS system in a timely manner.
• Handle transactions with cash and balance the register; log off properly when away from register.
• Verify guest age for alcohol and ensure consumption in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and conform to safety standards.
