Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Project Traffic Engineer / Project Manager to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You will manage and work on traffic/parking studies, transportation planning studies, traffic event management, and traffic signal/roadway design projects.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure, and 6+ years in road and traffic design, with leadership and client-management capabilities. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Hold a valid Professional Engineer licensure.
• 6+ years of experience in road, intersection, and traffic signal design.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects and develop budgets.
• Experience with HCS, SYNCHRO, and MUTCD; knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to coach and manage staff; strong written/verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Coordinate planning and permitting of traffic/transportation engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets, schedules, and deadlines; draft invoices and change orders.
• Prepare and modify reports, plans, and design documents; collaborate with staff and clients.
• Contribute to proposals and business development; present technical topics publicly.
