Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Traffic Engineering to join its collaborative team in Columbus, OH. This individual will be responsible for managing traffic & parking studies, transportation planning studies, and traffic signal/roadway design projects, serving private developers, corporations, and institutional clients.

With 10+ years in traffic engineering, you will oversee staff, coordinate with clients, and drive project success while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Traffic Engineering/Transportation Planning experience.
• Experience with traffic/transportation studies and parking studies.
• Familiarity with state permitting and DOT guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform planning and permitting of traffic/transportation engineering projects.
• Manage and deliver on multiple projects within budgets, schedules and deadlines; draft invoices and change orders.
• Coordinate with staff to assess project feasibility and prepare reports and designs.
• Organize, write and edit proposals, reports and documents.
• Participate in client development and business development meetings.
