Job summary

Veryable is seeking a General Manager for the Cincinnati Market to lead day-to-day operations in-market and oversee P&L. You will drive growth, recruit and develop local teams, and shape market entry and go-to-market strategies in alignment with the corporate plan.

The role requires leadership experience in logistics/manufacturing, a hands-on, hands-on build-the-business approach, and a track record of delivering measurable results. This is onsite-only in Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
• Track record of developing team capability and capacity planning.
• Entrepreneurial experience and start-up know-how.
• Strong communication skills with clear storytelling.
• Detail oriented with data-driven decision making.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce company values, reputation, and culture.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the Cincinnati district and oversee P&L.
• Drive top line growth in line with the growth plan.
• Recruit, hire, and develop new team members as trajectory requires.
• Develop market entry or growth strategy and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic accounts and partnerships to enable growth.
• Collaborate with market leaders on go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee operational issues and resolve quickly and effectively.
• Support long-term business strategy with Operations Leadership and CEO.
• Provide product-market feedback into product/tech development funnel.
