Job summary

Employee Magnets in Fort Worth is seeking a CIM IT Engineer to provide frontline support for shop floor control systems and the related IT infrastructure. The role ensures system availability and resolves IT issues promptly to maintain smooth production operations.

You will monitor system health, assist with application rollouts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running reliably. Expect on-site duties with periodic travel for audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering or related field.
• 1 year minimum experience in SFC support, Power BI/RPA, servers and databases.
• Experience with troubleshooting, rollout, and cross-team collaboration.
• Exposure to NiFi and Kafka is a plus.

• Servers / IIS / Active Directory / Databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
• Troubleshooting and application rollout
• NIFI / Kafka

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage tasks effectively.

Working Conditions
