Job Duties
Performs various duties in a warehouse management system to receive and ship products, process customer returns, and perform routine and some non-routine warehouse tasks. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, inventory management, and ensuring safe and legal handling of regulated materials for all inbound and outbound shipments. Tasks involve proper separation, palletizing, loading, and storage. Identifies damages, reports shortages or quality deficiencies, and maintains shipment records. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares materials for final shipment. May involve manual lifting of heavy items or using assistance/equipment. Tasks are generally well-defined, requiring judgment or interpretation. Other duties as assigned, which may be of lower job grade but should not exceed the current grade.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Clerical experience, including typing and/or general office administration duties, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from ground to chest level and maneuver packages above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance. Capable of walking, standing, bending, squatting, and maneuvering packages in various conditions, including enclosed spaces and above shoulder level. Able to work in all weather conditions, climb stairs and ladders if required, and complete necessary training. Effective communication in noisy environments is essential.

Job Conditions

Non-safety-sensitive position. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, required. Must maintain alertness and work safely. Extensive standing and walking are required.

Preferred Qualifications
