Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient health problems and develops, implements and evaluates care plans.

• Documents and maintains accurate medical records and reports.
• Participates in quality improvement activities as appropriate to position.
• Serves as a patient advocate in seeking resources to meet patient needs.
• Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
• Demonstrates competencies in Telemetry.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
