You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patients, manage ventilators, and coordinate care with the medical team. The role requires strong critical-care judgment, telemetry interpretation, and excellent communication to educate patients and families, ensuring safe transitions and adherence to infection-prevention

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage advanced critical-care therapies, including ventilators and IV drips.
• Interpret telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and collaborate with physicians.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families and support understanding of care plans.
• Support safe transitions of care and continuity of services.
• Adhere to infection-prevention protocols, safety standards, and unit procedures.
