Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to develop, maintain, and deliver monthly and quarterly analyses, reports, and presentations. The role ensures data accuracy, identifies key points, and develops actionable recommendations for management.

You will perform ad hoc analyses of financial and operational data to spot trends and variances, create budgeting projections, and develop complex financial models for scenario planning and M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Expert knowledge of finance, economic and accounting principles and practices.
• Expert knowledge of financial markets, financial statements, valuation, and financial data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to understand, manipulate, and solve problems using mathematics on large data sets.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion preferred.
• Complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and accomplish work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• Judgment and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of standard business concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities
