Job summary

State Street is seeking an IAM Engineering Manager to lead the CIAM team in a hands-on technical leadership role. You will drive the lifecycle of CIAM components, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC, while aligning with security standards and organizational goals.

You will design, develop, and automate IAM processes, leveraging ForgeRock and cloud platforms to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

Strong IAM fundamentals: provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, RBAC, least privilege.
Proven leadership and people management to build high-performing teams.
Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and directory services.
Experience with REST APIs and system-to-system authentication.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid identities.

Responsibilities

Oversee lifecycle integrations for IGA using ForgeRock and drive IAM programs.
Design and implement IAM solutions; automate processes for efficiency and scale.
Analyze IAM issues and provide robust engineering solutions with root cause analysis.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to extend IAM controls enterprise-wide.
Monitor operations, mentor engineers, and promote best practices and SOPs.
Research emerging IAM trends and drive continuous improvement.
Create architecture diagrams and SOPs for IAM infrastructure.
