Job summary

State Street is seeking an IAM Engineer to lead the CIAM team in New Jersey. This hands-on role focuses on security, IAM, automation, and identity governance, driving lifecycle management across enterprise assets.

You will design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions, collaborate with IT and security stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with SOPs while pursuing continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership role in IAM, with focus on automation and governance.
• Experience with ForgeRock IAM and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP/AD.

Responsibilities

• Drive lifecycle management integrations for IGA using ForgeRock.
• Design and implement IAM solutions and automation accelerators.
• Troubleshoot IAM system issues; perform root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to extend IAM across assets.
• Mentor junior engineers and document SOPs.
