Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead and coordinate large IT-O&M and enhancement projects in a security-conscious environment. You will direct contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts across teams.

You will brief senior leadership on progress, milestones, and risk, while interfacing with customers on technical and project issues and supervising staff to ensure delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• 4+ years managing IT-O&M and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leaders (briefings, analyses).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Analytics/SE or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• High school diploma and 12 years experience.

Requirements

• Current and active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• Requires 4 years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience.
• High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in managing IT Operations and Maintenance projects, providing technical support to senior leadership, and effectively interfacing with customers on project issues. Holds a Top Secret / SCI security clearance and possesses a strong background in computer science or related technical fields.
