Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence in manufacturing. You will lead scrap reduction, cycle count accuracy, and process optimization while partnering across operations, engineering, and quality teams to reduce waste and improve first-pass yields.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in process improvement, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong data skills (Excel/SQL/Access).

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Must have expertise with a broad toolbox of statistical skills for modeling and prediction.
• Requires broad understanding of process best practices and barriers to implementation.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen and understanding of the value chain.
• Requires very strong data and business information skills including Excel, Access, SQL database and related skills.
• Must have strong customer service and relational skills.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrap-reduction initiatives and track trends to reduce material loss.
• Support root cause analysis for cycle count variances related to scrap factors.
• Evaluate and optimize machine programs, setups, and process parameters.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to align production capability with volume and tolerances.
• Lead cross-functional projects and communicate progress to leadership.
