Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a CI Leader for Machining, Fabrication and Tooling to drive major continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and demonstrated CI leadership in industrial settings.

You will mentor managers and teams, apply TPS/ABS concepts, and lead visual factory and A3-based improvement plans. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with experience in aerospace, defense,

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead managers and employees to drive major change initiatives.
• Solid understanding of ABS and/or Toyota Production System and ability to teach/coach.
• Proven results facilitating continuous improvement activity.
• Strong computer and relationship skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to present to personnel at all levels; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Lean manufacturing experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive industries.
• Knowledge of Hoshin planning, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, visual factory management, and A3 thinking.

Our client is currently seeking a CI Leader - Machining/Fabrication/Tooling

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead managers and employees to drive major change initiatives with diverse groups.
• Solid understanding of ABS and/or Toyota Production System and be able to teach/coach and mentor others.
• Proven results facilitating continuous improvement activity
• Strong computer and relationship skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to speak and present effectively to personnel at all levels of the organization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive industry.
• Hoshin framework, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, visual factory management, work design and A3 thinking and improvement plans improvement atmosphere.
