Job summary

Davidson Technologies, Inc. seeks a DevOps Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to support the IBCS System Team. You will work across software, systems, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable C2 software.

The role requires familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, virtualization, containerization, and orchestration, plus hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Nexus, and GitLab in Linux environments. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

Jr Level: Bachelor's in STEM with ≥2 years, or Master's with 0 years.
Mid Level: Bachelor's in STEM with ≥5 years, Master's with ≥3 years, or PhD with 0 years.
Current DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline for C2 software.
Collaborate with software, systems, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions for IBCS.
Drive continuous improvement across development pipelines and environments, enhancing reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
Influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct line authority, ensuring alignment on priorities and commitments.
Take ownership to identify roadblocks, track actions, and drive issues through to closure.
Work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, and collaborative team settings across all levels.
