Davidson Technologies in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Cyber DevOps Engineer to join the cybersecurity team supporting the IBCS program. You will integrate cybersecurity guidance into DevSecOps practices and help secure software builds throughout the lifecycle to maintain ATO readiness.

The role requires DoD 8140/8570 certification, hands-on Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, and strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Qualifications

BA/BS in STEM with 5+ years cyber systems experience, or MS with 3+ years.
DoD 8140/8570 certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
Experience with DevSecOps lifecycle and CI/CD automation.
Jenkins in CI/CD pipelines for build/test/deploy.
Experience with Git, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Subversion.
Integrating code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Fortify) into CI/CD.
Collaborating with developers and vendors to diagnose root causes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment; scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible).
Experience with SBOM generation and container security.

Responsibilities

Implement and integrate static code scanning within automated build pipelines.
Generate software bill of materials (SBOMs) for visibility into dependencies.
Apply build automation and CI/CD to enforce security controls in SLDC.
Support cybersecurity materials for program reviews, working groups, and discussions.
