Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in build automation, auditing, and administration of software configuration and version-management processes.
• Experience researching, evaluating, and recommending configuration/version-management software.
• Experience deploying new releases of configuration and version-management software.
• Guidance to systems development staff on project administration for build automation, configuration management, and version management tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage source code control processes, including baselining, versioning, and defining standards; build automation is core.
• Act as technical advisor when engaging with vendors and their technical teams.
• Serve as technical expert on performance issues for systems using build automation, CM, and VM tools.
• Deploy new releases of build, configuration, and version-management software.
• Design and script automation workflows to support efficient build and release operations.
• Monitor and optimize build pipeline performance to reduce build times and increase reliability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on build/deployment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Create and update process documentation for build processes.
• Serve as Azure DevOps Administrator for builds and deployments, including branch management.
• Assess issues to determine internal resolution vs external support requirements.
