Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a CI Analyst I to support continuous improvement initiatives in our Olive Branch, MS facility. The role focuses on aligning NextView and Oracle data, generating key performance reports, and collaborating with Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree preference and at least 2 years of distribution/warehouse experience, with proficiency in WMS and Power BI. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Distribution and Warehouse operations
• Experience with WMS is required
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• PC literate; proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Possess strong working knowledge of all department groups, including Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation.
• Troubleshoot/Problem Solve and escalate if there are issues with NextView or Labor Management reporting.
• Able to make quick changes in NextView (e.g., Reconcile activities).
• Ensure NextView and Oracle data are aligned.
• Communicate Changes in reporting to HR, CI, and operations.
• Monitor LM and Power BI reports to maintain accurate Pay for Performance data.
• Produce and maintain reports such as Weekly TM performance and DC Efficiency.
• Interact with all levels using effective interpersonal skills.
• Train new operational leaders in NV and LM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

• Possess strong working knowledge of all department groups, including Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation
• Troubleshoot/Problem Solve and escalat if there are issues with NextView or Labor Management reporting.
• Able to make quick changes in NextView (Ex. Reconcile activities).
• Through data make sure NextView and Oracle are corresponding to each other.
• Excellent communication skills with HR, Temp services, CI, and operations.
• Communicate with operations all changes and adjustments made in reporting.
• Monitors LM reports and PowerBi reports to maintain accurate records for Pay for Performance Incentive Pay.
• Produce and maintain reports such as Weekly TM performance, DC Efficiency and Utilization, and other KPIs which support DC performance health.
• Ability to use effective interpersonal skills to interact and communicate throughout all levels.
• Train new operational leaders in NV and LM.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Distribution and Warehouse operations

• Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of product picked
