Job summary

TTI Group seeks a results-driven professional to support warehousing and distribution with strong data reporting capabilities. You will troubleshoot NextView and Labor Management issues, reconcile activities, and ensure data integrity between NextView and Oracle while communicating changes across operations.

You will monitor LM and Power BI reports to maintain KPI accuracy and prepare weekly performance and DC utilization reports.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Distribution and Warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Initiative-taker who can prioritize short- and long-term tasks.
• Interact well with customers, internal and external.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• PC literate with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to apply basic calculations related to quantities picked.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong working knowledge of Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with NextView or Labor Management reporting.
• Make quick changes in NextView (e.g., reconcile activities).
• Ensure NextView and Oracle data correspond.
• Communicate changes and adjustments in reporting to operations.
• Monitor LM and Power BI reports to maintain accurate records for incentive pay.
• Produce and maintain reports such as Weekly TM performance, DC Efficiency and Utilization.
• Train new operational leaders in NV and LM.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
