Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and greeting.
• Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding items.
• Answer questions regarding preparation methods and table-side serving.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to meat tasters.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers as needed.
• Complete opening/closing duties.
