Fogo de Chão in the United States is hiring for a Server/Waiter/Waitress to deliver the renowned churrasco dining experience. You will greet guests, present the menu, answer questions about preparation methods, and coordinate with churrasqueiros to fulfill meat requests.

Responsibilities include serving beverages and desserts, handling payments, assisting teammates, and completing shift duties. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, make eye contact, and greet them politely.
• Pull guests' chair and place napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions about items and preparation methods.
• Explain the continuous table side serving concept and meat options.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders; relay special requests to meat staff.
• Process payments and coordinate with cashiers for orders.
• Assist other servers as needed and complete opening/closing duties.
