Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking an energetic Server/Waiter/Waitress in Schaumburg, IL to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our churrasco-style dining. You will warmly welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions while maintaining pace with a busy service line.

Responsibilities include taking beverage and dessert orders, coordinating with churrasqueiros on meat requests, and processing payments at the cashier.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining environments is preferred.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and greet them at arrival.
• Pull guest chairs and place napkin in their laps.
• Present menu and answer questions about items.
• Take and relay beverage and dessert orders; note special requests.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers when needed to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening/closing duties as required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
