Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Oklahoma City is hiring servers/waitstaff to deliver an unforgettable churrasco dining experience. You will welcome guests, explain the menu, and guide them through the service from seating to payment with a friendly, efficient approach.

Responsibilities include taking beverage and dessert orders, relaying special meat requests to churrasqueiros, and supporting teammates during peak periods. Requires physical stamina and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special requests to the churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers as needed.
• Complete opening/closing shift duties.
