Fogo de Chão in Katy, TX is hiring Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to provide an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of our churrasco menu. You will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions, and coordinate with the kitchen and servers to ensure seamless table side service.

The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions about items.
• Explain preparation methods and the table side serving concept.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
