• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, make eye contact and greet them.
• Present menu and answer questions about items.
• Explain preparation methods and table-side serving concept.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and convey special requests to cooks.
• Place orders with cashiers and assist other servers as needed.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.
