Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Boston seeks a Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. You will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about dishes, and take beverage and dessert orders. Your friendly service helps showcase our churrasco experience and dining culture.

This is a full- or part-time role with base rate $6.75 per hour plus tips. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand long periods, and work weekends and holidays. Comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to answer questions about menu items.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Present menus and explain dishes and preparation methods.
• Take beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with servers and cashiers to ensure smooth service.
• Handle beginning/closing shift duties as needed.
