Responsibilities

• Pull chairs and present menus; explain menu items and churrasco service.
• Take and serve beverage orders; communicate special requests to the kitchen/bar.
• Assist guests with questions about preparation methods and table-side service.
• Process orders with cashiers for payment; ensure smooth checkout.
• Support other servers during busy periods and handle opening/closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup at service stations and dining areas.
