Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell drinks, and prepare beverages per recipes while maintaining a clean, stocked bar and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly bar service and hospitality.
• Ability to upsell beverages and respond to customer questions.
• Knowledge of beverage ingredients and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take and process beverage orders.
• Inform customers about beverages and specials and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guidelines.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and balance cash register.
• Keep bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout shift.
