Qualifications

• Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, and web development.
• Experience with Rock RMS or a similar CRM/ChMS platform.
• Comfortable working directly with churches and ministry leaders.
• Able to research problems and independently develop solutions.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on quality, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with churches to understand problems, recommend solutions, and build them.
• Develop solutions using Rock RMS, SQL, Vue.js, Lava/Liquid, APIs, and other technologies.
• Use AI and modern development tools to research, prototype, troubleshoot, and build solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of 20+ developers, consultants, and support staff when needed.
• Test, document, deploy, and support the solutions you build.
