We’re hiring Software Engineers at Life.Church.

If you’ve ever wanted to work on products that actually impact people every week, this is one of those roles.

This posting is a bit of an umbrella role across our teams, but I wanted to add some context for what we’re building on the Ministry Solutions side specifically.

My team works on Rock RMS and internal tools that support 45+ campuses and millions of interactions from things like check-in, groups, giving, and follow-ups. It’s real scale, real users, and real problems to solve.

We’re especially excited about engineers who:

• Care about clean systems and long-term maintainability
• Are comfortable working in C# / .NET environments (even if you’re still growing in it)
• Like partnering closely with product and design to actually ship things that matter

Right now we’re pushing into some big areas:

• Improving platform stability and performance
• Modernizing key workflows like check-in and connections
• Exploring how AI can unlock new ways to interact with our systems
