Job summary

Heights Church is seeking a Systems Support Coordinator to bridge ministry operations with systems management. You will train staff, troubleshoot, and provide back-end support for programs and events, ensuring systems align with the church’s mission.

You will work with the Communications Director, manage access, data integrity, and vendor coordination while maintaining confidentiality. This role requires independence and a responsive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Leadership with ownership and ability to coordinate others.
• Immediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Church Center (PCO) and other church management software.
• Handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care.
• Detail-obsessed executor with strong organizational skills and multiple priorities.
• Design-driven approach to organizing tasks, timelines and communication.
• Relentless simplification to improve clarity within systems and workflows.
• High agency; proactive problem solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, maintenance, and daily operation of Heights Church systems.
• Align system functionality with ministry goals and organizational processes.
• Manage user access and confidentiality of partner and org information.
• Resolve system-related issues impacting the organization.
• Design and maintain forms, registrations, event workflows, and Planning Center components.
• Build and optimize system structures to meet evolving ministry needs.
• Design and manage multi-location system functionality and integrations.
• Implement new features and adapt configurations with growth.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and platform support for complex issues.
