Job summary

SitterTree is seeking dependable childcare providers to work in church nurseries or Children’s Ministry across the Franklin, Tennessee area.

Shifts on Sundays from July 19 to August 16, 2026, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM CDT. Pay is $20–$25+ per hour. You choose when and where you work, and can participate on a single Sunday or all available Sundays.

Opportunities are available throughout Franklin and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Experience with infant and toddler care and knowledge of child development.
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor.
• Previous childcare experience (babysitting, nanny, church nursery, daycare, preschool, or early learning center).

Churches throughout the Franklin, Tennessee area are seeking dependable child care providers to work in their nursery or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and other activities through the SitterTree app.

Jobs are available on Sundays from July 19 – August 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM CDT, and pay $20–$25+/hour. You choose your schedule and decide when and where you would like to work.

Work one Sunday or all available Sundays—whatever fits your schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide childcare services in the church nursery or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and other related activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
• Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
