SitterTree is seeking caring and dependable Child Care Providers for a church in Knoxville, Tennessee. Caregivers will provide child care during Sunday services and church activities from September 13 through December 27, 2026.

This is a flexible opportunity—you can work one Sunday, several Sundays, or all available dates based on your availability. Hours are Sundays 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM EDT.

Qualifications

• Prior babysitting or child care experience preferred.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Friendly and comfortable working with children.
• Able to provide a safe and engaging environment.
• Must meet SitterTree screening and background-check requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to pass a background check.
• Experience with infant/toddler care (diapers, naps, feeding).
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children during church services and activities.
• Provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate games, activities, and play.
• Follow church and SitterTree safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with parents and church staff.

• Strong understanding of child development

• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
