Job summary

SitterTree is seeking dependable child care providers to work in church nurseries or Children’s Ministry across the Baltimore area. Shifts are available on Thursdays (July 23, 2026) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EDT, with more opportunities in August 2026.

Pay ranges from $20 to $25+ per hour, and you can choose when and where to work. Work one shift or multiple, in the Baltimore region and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Willing and able to pass a background check.
• Previous child care experience (babysitter, nanny, church nursery, daycare, preschool, or early learning center).
• Experience with infant and toddler care (diapering, naps, feeding).
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.

Job Summary

Churches throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area are seeking dependable child care providers to work in their nursery or Children’s Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and other activities through the SitterTree app. Jobs are available on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EDT, with additional opportunities available on select days throughout August 2026. Jobs pay $20–$25+/hour. You choose your schedule and decide when and where you would like to work. Work one shift or multiple shifts—whatever fits your availability. Opportunities are available throughout the Baltimore area and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
• Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
