Job summary
Fallbrook Church is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to manage production and visual communications for the church brand across services and events. You will support video creation, livestream management, lighting, and audio for Sunday services and weekly events.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in production, live events, and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience coordinating cross-campus content and maintaining brand standards for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in communications/marketing.
- Minimum 4 years in the field with promotional material experience.
- Experience with live productions or large events.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with web/social platforms; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain audio and video systems for Sunday services and events.
- Coordinate video content between campuses and rooms for events.
- Assemble and configure LED walls for services and events.
- Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
- Operate audio mixing and control lighting for services.
- Create video content for services and ministry needs.
