Job summary

Baptist Health Care seeks a Multimedia Specialist to create video, photography and presentations that support strategic priorities. You will work with the marketing team to produce engaging content aligned with our brand and mission.

Responsibilities include shooting, editing, and producing media for internal and external audiences, planning schedules, and staying current with tools like PPT, Vimeo and Prezi. Must balance quality with budget and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required.
4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
2 years videography/photography experience required.
2 years experience with camera/sound/editing equipment and software required.

Responsibilities

Performs video and photography production for internal communications, marketing and PR.
Collaborates with the marketing team on video/photography coordination.
Develops presentations using PPT, Vimeo, and Prezi; delivers final video to client lead.
Plans annual video production schedule supporting strategic goals and service lines.
Keeps abreast of new technologies to enable modern presentation platforms.
Generates ideas for corporate messaging and presentations.
Manages budget adherence and invoices coding.
Researches industry trends and identifies training opportunities.
Supports events and production activities as needed.
Maintains relationships within the department and with external partners.
