Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain church meetinghouses, recreation facilities, and related properties. Qualifications

• High School Diploma and OSHA familiarity.
• 3 years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and manuals.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound systems.
• Repair motors, pumps, cabinets, millwork, drywall, and flooring.
• Install, maintain, and repair doors, trim, and exterior finishes.
• Manage tools, materials, and inventory for specific jobs.
• Coordinate with contractors and report daily work using work order software.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and report hazards or accidents.
