Job summary

Morristown United Methodist Church is seeking a dependable, organized Property Manager for full-time care of our historic church property and to support ministries, tenants, and users throughout the week.

This role involves coordinating building projects, routine maintenance, and event preparation, with collaboration to ensure a well-operated facility. Salary is $52,000 with full-time status, located in Morristown, NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform minor building maintenance and coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and property inspections and care.
• Prepare spaces for worship, meetings, and events.
• Respond to needs of tenants and building users; coordinate contractors and projects.
• Monitor supplies, keys, parking, snow/ice response, and other facility needs.
• Communicate regularly with church leadership and stakeholders.
