Job summary

Crossroads Community Church, Inc. in Oakley, CA is seeking a Building Use Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of scheduled reservations across sites and the Broadcast site, coordinating with teams to streamline access and events.

You will manage building access for staff, coordinate event schedules, assist with funeral intake handoffs, and support ministry teams while maintaining confidentiality and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Building operations or administration experience required.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with staff and organizations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Pastoral/People skills essential for engaging with the community and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage building scheduling system and liaise with teams/sites and setup/teardown teams.
• Oversee and administer building access for vetted staff.
• Coordinate with Building Operations Manager to manage event schedules for building use.
• Serve as liaison for approved outside events at Oakley Campus.
• Provide operational counsel to site ministry teams to support on-site events.
