Job summary

East-West is seeking a Church Engagement Director to steward a portfolio of church relationships and accelerate partnership engagement across the United States. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Church Engagement to define goals and integrated strategies that reflect East-West's vision, mission, values, and Statement of Faith to external church partners.

As an ambassador of faith and biblical principles, you will minister to EW leadership, staff, partners, and the community while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Over a decade of nonprofit or ministry leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop and nurture church partnerships.
Experience in cross-cultural ministry and gospel-focused outreach.
Strong prayer life and commitment to biblical principles.

Responsibilities

Capitalize on a broad network of church leaders to engage U.S. churches with East-West.
Serve as field advocate between U.S. churches and overseas staff; represent needs and culture.
Use teaching, preaching, and training at leadership seminars and church events to introduce East-West.
Develop new engagement tools and collaborate on best practices in church partnerships.
Lead 2–3 short-term teams annually.
Participate in or lead project teams and events for the organization.
Mobilize long-term and mid-term goers in collaboration with Field Leadership and Recruitment.
Advise and support the East-West Internship program.
Develop and maintain a network of personal support.
