Job summary

East-West is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead brand development, external communications, and ministry partner experience. You will drive visibility, unify messaging across departments, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue and audience growth goals while maintaining alignment with East-West’s faith-based mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business Admin or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• 7–15 years of progressive marketing/communications/public relations experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role with team development success.
• 7–15 years of nonprofit/ministry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute measurable marketing/communication strategies.
• Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified marketing and communications strategy in coordination with Development and Field teams.
• Craft compelling messaging and editorial review for external communications, aligned with development goals.
• Lead cross‑functional PR, marketing, and communications brainstorming to expand reach.
• Oversee website and digital presence for consistent brand expression.
• Manage an annual communications calendar and track metrics to optimize ad spend and engagement.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic communications channels.
