Job summary

Indian Rocks Church and School is seeking a Campus Operations Technician to maintain a safe, clean campus and support Sunday readiness. You will inspect buildings and equipment, oversee maintenance, and coordinate cleaning services across multiple campus locations in Pinellas County.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to follow manuals and blueprints. Physical work, ladder access, and lifting up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
• Experienced with power tools, hand tools, electric tools, etc.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and crawl into tight spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to multiple campuses in Pinellas County.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building, grounds, and equipment for maintenance and safety compliance.
• Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of campus buildings and grounds.
• Help facilitate campus readiness for Sundays.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Manage cleaning and custodial services.
