Job summary

Regional Health Services is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct home care and hospice services per the physician treatment plan. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care within home and community settings.

The RN will coordinate with community resources, potentially support public health programs, and serve as an RN case manager for hospice clients, ensuring comprehensive care delivery and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of professional nursing experience desired, but not required.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of motor vehicle insurance.

Position Qualifications
