Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa
• Current CPR certification
• Two years of professional nursing experience desired, but not required
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and proof of motor vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs home care and hospice services according to physician treatment plan
• Serves as RN case manager for hospice client assignments
• May assist with public health programs and community-based services
