Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Roseburg is seeking a Chrysler Master Technician with OEM knowledge to join our high-volume service team. This role offers opportunities to diagnose complex systems and perform high-quality repairs in accordance with Lithia standards.

You will conduct road tests, document work accurately, maintain shop tools, and pursue ASE certifications while mentoring others. A Monday–Friday schedule and competitive flat-rate pay reflect our commitment to career growth

Qualifications

• Chrysler Master Technician certification and strong OEM knowledge.
• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to mentor and support less-experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Record time spent on repairs using time clock procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain organized workspace and clean stall.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean after service.
• Complete required training and certifications as assigned.
